The highly devoted, professional Ulpana staff is made up of, teachers, a guidance counselor, administrative personnel, a  clinical director and social workers who guide each girl individually. The dormitory staff includes a housemother, counselors, a social coordinator and a cook.

· Ilan Biton is the Head of the Ulpana who is responsible for the education, therapeutic professional staff and the general success of the students, their families, and Ulpana staff.

· Ruby Fallach, the Executive Director is responsible for the administration of the school and directs the administrative and general physical and financial maintenance of the school.

· Mimi Bernstein Tsadok, the Director of Development of the Ulpana, is responsible for developing the public relations of the school and increasing the support from donors in Israel and abroad.
 

· NEW PSYCHOLOGIST_???? (see What's New?), Clinical Director of the Ulpana, directs the professional therapeutic staff and counsels the girls directly with a personalized curriculum for each girl according to her individual needs while keeping in contact with her family as well.
